Vilcabamba Expedition 2013

Last July Coltur participated in a 3-week expedition to a remote part of the Peruvian Andes, in search of important Incan archaeological remains.
This expedition was led by Peter Frost, a freelance writer, photographer and researcher with 41 years of experience leading expeditions to the Andes and the Amazon. In 2001 and 2002, he organized and led a National Geographic expedition to the remote Vilcabamba mountain range, where he discovered and researched the pre-Incan and Incan remains of Qoriwayrachina.

Enrique Velasco, Coltur’s Sales Director, was a part of this latest expedition, which featured adventure, learning, and most importantly, contribution to the history of Peru.
