COLTUR Peru: The Search for Excellence

Towards the end of 2013 COLTUR Peru´s Marketing division carried out a customer satisfaction survey amongst our clients. The results obtained, although extremely satisfactory and very humbling, pose quite a challenge in our constant quest for excellence.

For those aspects of the survey that ranked the highest, we need to work even harder to not only maintain the level of customer satisfaction, but also keep pushing our number up. At the same time, extra effort needs to be put into those criteria in which our clientele feels we need some improvement.

We are extremely proud of our team and the work they do day in day out, striving to exceed expectations through Authentic Dedication.
