At COLTUR Peru, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff has always been our utmost priority. We understand the raising concerns within the travel industry due to the COVID-19 outbreak and, as CEO, I want to personally reach out and update you on the current situation.

Given that Peru has provisionally closed its borders and restricted transit in national territory to contain the coronavirus spread, we are forced to pause our operations during the month of March and will proceed to assist travelers with their safe return home.

Our senior management, destination consultants and operations team, will fully support you during this period. Be assured we are prepared to assist all our clients remotely and will work closely with our business partners to offer the most comprehensive rebooking and cancellation policies.

We will continue to monitor the evolving nature of this situation and provide you with the latest information.
