I've worked in the travel industry for 30 years, 29 of them for Coltur. I've gone through three great shifts in the means of communication with our customers: telex, fax, and finally computers (e-mail, messenger, skype, etc.). I can say with certainty that we have sold and will continue to sell SERVICES based on excellence and on the scheduling of an unforgettable trip for all our customers.
How have we been able to achieve this:
• Training every single day (getting to know existing destinations and seeking out new ones to offer our customers more possibilities)
• With responsibility, since we know that our customers expect our utmost effort and dedication in the creation of their itinerary
• Working as a team, since in this way there is communication, commitment and rapport amongst all team members, which makes everything flow faster and more efficiently
All of this makes COLTUR a great school and a great family.
Throughout these years, I've had the opportunity to get to know most of the tourist attractions in my country, including those of a cultural or hands-on nature, as well as nature and adventure destinations, and I am convinced that every traveler who visits us returns to his or her country loaded with knowledge, vitality, and a desire to come back soon and continue discovering all the wonders Peru has to offer, and to enjoy the variety of our cuisine.
